Thanks to Civdec Constructions Stages 1 & 2 civil works now completed, titles will issue later this month (Nov) HOUSE CONSTRUCTION will then commence. Ergon our power supplier still has some work to complete but all other infrastructure is connected ready to go. The local builders contracted for the House construction are: Peter Bailey Constructions, Glen Merrick Constructions, and Better Homes-Townsville.
It is proposed that Stage 3 civil works will follow on (subject to further pre-sales of Stage 3 Lots) whilst house construction commences in Stages 1 & 2.
